USING YOUR LAPTOP?
Your Google phone photos may already be there
Open Google Photos on your laptop and sign in with the same Google account used on your phone. If backup is switched on, your pictures will appear automatically.
WANT EVERY PHOTO?
Download all your Google Photos
Google requires you to approve a full download. Press the button, choose Deselect all, switch on Google Photos, then choose Next step and Create export.
Google will prepare the files and email you when they are ready. Nothing is deleted from Google Photos.
WHATSAPP PICTURES
Get the pictures saved by WhatsApp
Press the button and choose Files. Open Internal storage → Android → media → com.whatsapp → WhatsApp → Media → WhatsApp Images, then select the pictures. They will be added to the organiser.
After selecting them: use Review photos to keep, remove, or save individual copies somewhere else. To back up future pictures, open Google Photos → Collections → On this device → WhatsApp Images and switch on Backup.
